2 INFORMATION AND CONSENT.
By reading this Privacy Policy, the User is informed of the way in which ENUSA-ENSA AIE collects, treats and protects the personal data provided to it through www.enusa-enwesa-aie.com hereinafter, the “Web Site”), as well as its own connection and navigation through the Web Site (hereinafter, the “Navigation”) and any other data it may provide in the future to ENUSA-ENSA AIE through any means enabled.

In the event that the User provides data from third parties, he/she declares to have their consent and undertakes to transfer to the interested party, the holder of said data, the information contained in this Privacy Policy, exempting ENUSA-ENSA AIE from any responsibility in this regard. 6 WHAT IS THE LEGITIMATION OF THE TREATMENT OF YOUR DATA?

9 USER’S RESPONSIBILITY
The User:

10 RIGHTS EXERCISE.

- Revoking the consents granted.

ENUSA-ENSA AIE will treat the User’s data at all times in an absolutely confidential manner and will maintain the mandatory duty of secrecy with regard to the same, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable regulations, adopting for this purpose the necessary technical and organisational measures that guarantee the security of your data and prevent its alteration, loss, unauthorised processing or access, taking into account the state of the technology, the nature of the data stored and the risks to which it is exposed.
