ENUSA-ENSA, AIE is an association of companies under the Economic Interest Grouping system, made up of the companies ENUSA-ENSA AIE Industrias Avanzadas S.A. S.M.E., Equipos Nucleares S.A. S.M.E. and ENWESA- Operaciones S.A. S.M. (hereinafter “ENUSA-ENSA AIE”). It has its registered office at 28040-Madrid, calle Santiago Rusiñol, 12, telephone 91 347 42 00, fax 91 347 42 15. ENUSA-ENSA AIE offers access to its website (hereinafter, the Page) under the conditions of use indicated in this Legal Notice.
The access or use of the Page attributes the condition of user and implies the knowledge and full and unreserved acceptance of these conditions.

Access to and use of the Website are free of charge, although ENUSA-ENSA, AIE reserves the right to condition access and modify the conditions and terms of use without prior notice.

Jurisdiction and Legislation
This Legal Notice is governed in its entirety by Spanish law. Any controversy derived from the access or use of the Page will be submitted to the courts of Madrid.
