Our story
The Group was created in April 1995 under the initial name of ENUSA-ENWESA, AIE, by ENUSA and ENWESA to provide nuclear fuel services at the plant. Subsequently, WESTINGHOUSE TECHNOLOGY SERVICES S.A. (hereinafter, WTS) became a member of EEAIE with a 25% stake, the remaining 50% being held by ENUSA and 25% by ENWESA. In November 2017, due to the exit of WTS from EEAIE through the sale of its shareholding to ENSA, EEAIE was consequently constituted by ENUSA (50%), ENSA (25%) and ENWESA (25%).
